Ingredients
- 1 package silken tofu, cut into 1.5cm cubes
- 8 oz. ground pork
- 3 tablespoons garlic, finely minced
- 1-2 tablespoons spicy bean sauce(Sichuan Pixian Boad Bean Paste )
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 tablespoons chinese pepper (red Sichuan peppercorns )
- Small handful of fresh or dried red chili peppers (Optional)
- 1 scallion, finely chopped
- Corn Starch

Instructions

1,Add 3 tablespoons of corn starch to the minced meat and stir evenly.



2,scallion and garlic, finely chopped.



3,Add oil, minced garlic, sichuan peppercorns,red chili peppers and spicy bean sauce to stir fry over about 30 seconds (small fire).



4,Add minced meat and stir fry for 1 minutes, then the minced meat becomes cooked.


5,Add a small bowl of water and cook for 2-3 minutes ,And the soup will be boiled.


6,Add silken tofu, do not use a shovel to turn the plate,gently push the tofu open and cook for 4-5 minutes.


7,Finally add a small amount of starch water and cook for 1 minute. (You can add a small amount of salt or no salt according to your taste , because Sichuan Pixian Boad Bean Paste has salt).


8,At this point we have completed the entire process and then put it in a bowl and sprinkle with scallion.
